To change the access to plane i need logout

Hello
I have 2 planes of subscription
1) subscription
2) subscription plus
The second plane is accessible only for user had the plan 1, Everything works good.
My problem is that user after buying the plan 1 (by offline method), to see the second plan They need to log-out and log in.
In configuration of Memebership pro I checked the voice "SI" on Auto reload user groups, but nothing change.
What can I do?? there is a solutions?

Back to your question, seems the first plan is a free subscription plan? If so, could you try to get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/models folder and check it again ?

About my question, no the first plane is not free, but I need that user can subscribe the second plane just if they already signed up for first one.
In this case i have to use your file or not??
Other suggestion??

No, you don't have to have the file. You are saying that you made that settings but users still not being logged in after he completes the subscription ? Could you please make sure you are using latest version (1.7.0) and check it again?

If it still doesn't work, you can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you

Hi All

Just want to give a quick update on this forum question. When users use offline payment method :

1. He can still being logged in automatically

2. However, after administrator approve the subscription (set subscription status to Active), that user has to re-login so that he Joomla groups will be updated.
