Add Thermometer to Each Campaign Message

Hello we just purchased this plugin
I was working on setting it up and I was wondering if there was a way to add a thermometer to each campaign message in the template, E.g. the html.php file.

I understand that this is not currently a feature, do you have any other suggestions on how to have the thermometer show up on the campaign details (form page) for that campaign.

I added the thermometer to each campaign, the code loads the module, hides everything, then shows the matching campaign.
