Donation Campaigns cannot show any Description

Hi , I installed Joom Donation version 3.8, it's working, But for Donation Campaigns cannot show any Description on front site, anything wrong with that?

and why your guy not open back end Joomla allow customer login so we can follow the configuration easily? it's really Annoying to test by our self and your on line doc not so clear.

It seems you are using campaigns module? If so, we don't show campaign description in the module, only show it when you create menu item to link to Campaigns list of the component. If you want to show it, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can edit code to show it for you.
