Straight to PayPal From Module

We are not taking any donor information. Can the action of the donate button on the module be configured to go straight to PayPal without the intermediary stage where donor information is usually collected?

Unfortunately, it is not how Joom Donation is designed to work. Donors will need to enter information before redirecting to Paypal (atleat first name and email). They could not be directed from donation form to Paypal

If you want that, maybe Joom Donation is not a right product for your choice. If you just purchased Joom Donation and don't want to use it that way, you can submit support ticket requesting us for refund

No problem. I like the product and it's working fine with just name and email.

There is one small thing I can't hunt down. It wants to validate the "other amount" field even though one of the predefined amounts is checked. Do you know what might be causing that?

When you choose other amount, the system won't validate the Amount amount field. Could you please explain why you want to validate ? It is abit strange to me

No, it's the opposite. When I choose a predefined amount in the module then submit, which takes me to the form, once there it validates the "other amount" on that page and won't submit because it's empty even though a predefined amount is selected. If I re-select a predefined amount AFTER coming from the module, then it doesn't try to validate and it works.

I just decided to link to the form rather use the module which solves the problem. Does that make sense?

The problem seems to be in coming from the module with a predefined amount selected. It doesn't recognize that a predefined amount is selected and tries to validate the "other amount", which is empty and so won't submit.

I have the same problem, when a donor selects an amount and payment method, he arrives in the form. And the amount he choose is still preselected. However once the donor click on submit the donation. It is written "please choose an amount". Can you please help me ?

You can see this problem also in your official demo website !

Go to demo.joomdonation.org/ , select an amount and a payment method, click on Donate Now.
Complete the next form and click on Process donation. You will have the problem message : Please choose from a pre-defined amount or enter your own donation amount.
