Simple translation

Searching for the "Yes" and "No" to translate to "Oui" and "Non" with radio buttons for payment of gateway fee... Haven't found it? Can you tell me where they are?

That's Joomla core language items and should be translated in Joomla language files. What language you are using? Please let me know so that I can try to find the language item and guide you to translate it

That should be translated by default, not sure why it is not translated in your site (because this is a Joomla core language items)
