Paypal not processing as donations, but as product

So every time our site gets a donation, paypal processes it as a product purchase and places the funds on hold(under review) for 21 days. I have verified that I can send donations through other methods and the funds are immediately available. This is a major deal breaker in this application..

This only happens if your Paypal account is a new Paypal account and Paypal holds the money for 21 days. Maybe you can get this file, unzip it, upload it to components/com_jdonation/payments folder of your site and check it again. It should solve the issue but I am not sure 100%
