Form fields broken after upgrading to v. 3.8

Hi,

after an update from joomDonation 3.6 to 3.8, most of the form fields have disappeared.
First there was a message with a problem with CAPTCHA, then I disabled it in the configuration, the problem subsist.
I see that with the new version, all fields are now custom fields
Those 2 attached screenshots shows the difference between the fields

And now, the javascript consol display the following error:
Erreur : ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Fichier Source : ...kh//components/com_jdonation/assets/js/noconflict.js
Ligne : 4

Any idea ?

Hi Eric

There might be some javascript conflict causing this issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you?
