Joom Donation is not displaying on website

Hello,

I recently bought and installed Joom Donation. I have setup the configuration as well as installed the jquery plugin. Nothing displays on the page. I'm not sure if it is user error or the issue is with the template I am using. The template is Joomlart Uber that uses JA ACM Modules. There are no modules on the donation page.

Any advise or assistance would be grateful as this component is vital to our Non Profit organization.
