The latest version (3.7) works on both Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.x. Also, on the page you sent me, I don't see any thermometer module uses ?

Could you please go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, make sure you set Load JQuery library config option to Yes? To save time, maybe you should submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can ask my dev to check and solve it for you

First of all, in the future, please NEVER post your site information.

Back to your issue, you don't see that option is because you are using old version of the extension (version 3.5). Please submit a support ticket letting me know Paypal Transaction ID of your purchase so that I can find order, assign it to your account so that you can update your site to version 3.7 of the extension to have it works well
