joom donation plugin in article or module

I tried everything, but my joom donation no longer shows the forms. It just shows {jdform 1} on a live site. I tried duplicating campaigns; double checking plugin is turned on and last in the plugin sort order.

This is faulty script?

I don't think so. Maybe you forgot to publish the Joom Donation Form plugin ? You can submit a support ticket sending us admin account of your site.

When I use the tag above in an article, I see the entire Donor information and payment fields... is there a different tag to use to just see the initial fields like you see in a Module?

There is no other tag. When you use donation plugin in a Joomla article, the system will just display donation form for the selected campaign in the article.

It doesn't have a feature which allows showing only initial fields like we see in a Module
