Idea | Auto-close ticket was created by gerrit
Maybe a nice feature for later.

Auto-close, if we didn't heard anything from the customer/client after for example 72 hours, the ticket will close automaticly.

Hello

Please install and publish this plugin. There is a parameter called Number days, by default, it is 14, means tickets will be closed if there is no activities within 14 days

You can change that parameters to the Number of days you want

Nice to see this

But when I activate it, my whole site goes down http error 500
No error in logs

Deleted the old version and installed the new version.
