Hi Luca

If you want users to have different image, then it is not possible, sorry. Do you use CB or Kunena forum on your site? If so, we can update Helpdesk Pro to use the avatar of users from the these extensions in the next release which I am working on at the moment

Hi Luca

The extension now allow you to display avatar of user from CB or Kunena. You can update to version 2.1.0 if you want to use this new feature
