Hi. Manager dosen't recieve an email when customer create a ticket. I put manager's name in Category options but no result

Hi

Please make sure you put the username, not the name of the Manager into that field and it should work well

Could you please check it and try again ?

Yes, I mean it was username it that field ofcourse. No result. But the customer recieve his emails
