Ticket assigned email subject tags

Is it possible to add CATEGORY_TITLE] - #[TICKET_ID [TICKET_SUBJECT] fields to 'assigned email subject' ?
I've tried but it's not working for me.

Hi Rob

It is not possible by default. I just modified the code alitle (without testing). Please get this file, unzip it, then upload it to administrator/components/com_helpdeskpro/controllers folder of your site and check it again
