None of the registrants for any events are showing in the back end (Joomla 3.6.2, EB 2.9.1)
Exporting the registrants says "there are no registrants to export".
The events list shows 10 registrants.
I have just made a test registration, and it doesn't add it to the registrants list.
Is there a setting that needs changing or a plug in that's not published?
I am thinking that you might have first_name field disabled on registration form for some reasons and it causes the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it?
