re-send tickets or QR codes to registrants was created by Zelena
Hi there
I wonder if it is possible to re-send tickets (invoices) **or** QR codes to all people who have registered for an event? I cannot see the QR code field in the options for Mass Mail or for reminders.
It would be super helpful to be able to do this. Is it possible?

You can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, check on the checkbox next to registration record you want to send, then press Re-send email buttons in the toolbar
A copy of the registration email (which contains the QR Code...) will be re-send to registrant and it should solve your issue
Regards,
Tuan

OK, thanks Tuan.
My challenge is that we usually have about 10,000 people registered for our events, so I would prefer not to do this manually by checking each registrant. Even in groups of 100 registrants per page it will take quite a while - and with new people registering on the site all the time, we run the risk that as we move between pages, some registrants get missed or get duplicate emails.
Is this the only option?

Hi
Right now, that's the only option. I will check to see whether I can adding support for it sometime next week to allow using [QRCODE] in reminder emails
Will update you on Wednesday next week (as right now, I have to focus working on other planned features)

I was never able to install this so that it worked on my site... wondering if this feature has since been integrated into any of the releases, or how I could try again to test. Thanks.

Hi
Now, you can use [QRCODE] tag in reminder email. I don't remember in what version I added support for it but just look at the code again and see that the tag is supported
