Allow Indivisual or Group register option

Users do not see the option to chose between individual vs group registration.

I see on your demo site, it has both options available. When licking, the user can add multiple registrants. I only see the Individual option.

This first image (Your Site.PNG) attached is how shows on your demo.
The second image (MySite.PNG) is the one on my site.

That's because you activated shopping cart feature on your site. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Activate Shopping Cart", set it to "No" and it will work well
