Shopping Cart issue

Hello, I am using 1.6.2 and I am having an issue with the shopping cart. I try to register an event, the shopping cart pops up just fine, but the functionality of it doesnt work. none of the buttons work, i try to click and nothing happens. This is happening in Chrome browser. I tried IE and it works fine.

Thoughts?

Maybe there is some conflict causing the issue. If you can afford to upgrade your site to latest version (1.7.2), that would be great. Otherwise, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the events page so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
