Will I also get 5 templates in this extension: OS PROPERTY - JOOMLA REAL ESTATE EXTENSION that I can use in Joomla? If yes, where I can find it as I can not locate templates!

You can purchase one of the template listed in "OS Property & Joomla! templates" tab on this page joomdonation.com/joomla-extensions/os-pr...mla-real-estate.html . It has both the template and the OS Property extension in the package

I will have to purchase template that are supported by the extension separately?

The template contains the extension (OS Property) already. So you just need to purchase the template and it is already contains the extension (OS Property)

That template should only be used with OS Property extension. I don't think you should use it with Events Booking as that template is built for OS Property extension
