Problem creating categories

I have recently installed Event booking component.
Done the configuration with no problems.
When trying to create categories i get this error
Table 'edisal_j250.nfv97_eb_categories' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `nfv97_eb_categories` () VALUES ()
(edisal_j250.nfv97 is the name of my database)

With phpadmin i found there is no eb-categories.
I have several _eb tables (see attachment for the tables installed)

I am using joomla 2.5.27
php 5.3.29
Any suggestions?

It seems for some reasons, the database table was not created properly when you install the extension. So in this case, maybe you should uninstall and re-install the extension to see how it goes ?
