Registration Form

I just purchased Event Bookings. How do I get the registration form to display?

When I click in the registration button, I get:

The website encountered an error while retrieving www.mywebsite.com/events/name_of_event/individual-registration . It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Error code: 500

Seems there is something special on your site causing this issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
