You can get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/models folder of your site. After that, the calendar will show past events as well (this file is for Events Booking 1.6.x).

Lost the option on updating to version 1.6.10. Re-uploaded the calendar.php file you posted here to get the function back.

As we don't maintain this feature in the core download package, yes, you will need to get the file and re-upload it. Will consider adding it as a config option in the next release
