Payment Structure - PayPal

I was wondering if it would be possible to have an adaptive payment structure build it?

Example:

Event Cost $100 - One payment through PayPal

$5 - Goes to PayPal Account A
$95 - Goes to PayPal Account B

I'm looking at having this setup where partial proceed can go to a charity or similar account and the rest to the event organizer.
