Help menu in joomla

I installed the plug-in e-shops for joomla 3, and I created a category and one product, I put the link in the menu default as eshop-product but when I go into the product then the full menu disappears, how to solve? I read all the documentation but have not found anything

That because you didn't choose default language for your site. I have already supported you via ticket system and I believe that you figured out and solved the issue.

thanks but i have resolved by deselecting in Eshop -plugin width decked bootstrap css i >general> layuot
and now i have another problem, ,
the cart its not visible in eshop, I can't find position in theme default plug-in and if it is activated i see in bottom position after product
