Joomla user does not become customer

Hi,

I registered a joomla user and activated it, but could not find a customer related to this user in eshop customer list.

I saw discussion about joomla user and eshop customer compatibility on Joomla site. My impression is that joomla users become customers automatically.

What could be wrong?

Hello Jason,
EShop supports the integration between customers and Joomla users. Please make sure that you have the latest version 1.2.10 of EShop. Also, make sure that you enable EShop - User system plugin.

I am looking reviewing potential eshop products for Joomla and your eshop looks to fit the bill quite nicely.
I have logged into the demo and I am trying to see if the a Joomla User can be a customer (as that is how ours will work). I tried looking for the plugin you mention below but I cannot find it on the demo site. Can you enable it so I can have a look to see how it works?

The only option I see on there is the disabled: Eshop Currency plugin.

I couldn't find the plugin in my setup- 1.2.8. Is it possible to install User system plugin separately? How can I get the update package in case I need to update whole eShop? I am using market theme instead default one. Is market theme compatible with version 1.2.10?

Hello Jason,
Please click on My Downloads link to download the latest version 1.2.10 of EShop. In the package, you will see the plg_user_eshop.zip package. You can install it separately. However, you can install com_eshop_1.2.10 to update whole EShop to latest version which also include the joomla user plugin. The market theme also work with 1.2.10 too.

I have just installed the latest version 1.2.10 of EShop to the demo site eshopbackend.joomdonation.org/administrator/ , now if you log-in to the back-end side and look at the plugin list, you will see it.
The plugin works exactly as what I said at: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system/joomla-users-integration.html

I don't see anything in My Download.

I bought 1.2.8 on Jun 3rd and received it through email, so I guess my purchase is not associated with my user account. Can you advise how to get the upgrade in this case?
