Documents from frontend upload as "unpublished"

Even though the "Require approve new document" in configuration is set to "No", all new documents remain unpublished when they are uploaded from frontend.

I tried to change the parent category access lever from registered to public but made no difference.

Any help will be much appreciated

You can submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue for you.
